Education Prior toBishop Butler was a student at Benton High School in Benton, Arkansas. He graduated in the spring of 2020 with an A average. While graduating from high school may not seem like a significant accomplishment, Mr. Butler stands out for a few reasons. To begin, he graduated high school during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. At the time, there was considerable uncertainty, but he completed his schoolwork and graded. Additionally, he was a finalist for the National Merit Scholarship. This is a significant accomplishment that fewer than one percent of all high school students in the country achieve. To be considered for this award, you must not only have good grades, but also high PSAT/NMSQT test scores, as well as notable accomplishments.

Present-day educationBishop Butler is currently enrolled at the University of Arkansas as a sophomore. While he may be new to college, he has managed to maintain a 3.5 grade point average. He is currently pursuing a degree in computer science and hopes to one day work in the video game industry or develop computer software that will benefit the world. With over two and a half years of college remaining, Mr. Butler still has time to narrow down the specific type of position he wishes to pursue upon graduation.
